What’s In Store
Assorted chocolate truffles
Filling flavors: strawberries, jalapeno, peanut butter, coffee, and rum ganache. New flavors continue to be added. No additional preservatives are used in making the truffles.

Seasonal Offering depending on availability of strawberries
Cinnamon roll with homemade cream cheese icing topped with pecan and caramel
Icing is cream cheese based and caramel is made at the store

Chicken (Marsala, Parmesan, Alfredo, Teriyaki, Pineapple, Marmalade/Ginger, Bourbon)
Pork (Orange marmalade/rosemary pork loin, pork chop, tenderloin with Marsala sauce, honey mustard pork loin)
Beef (country fried steak, meat loaf, burgundy beef)
Fish (cod, tilapia, flounder with mushroom/artichoke/slided almond, white wine sauce, or marinara sauce/black olives)

Finest Chocolates - Handmade in Huntsville, AL
All of our chocolates are handmade by us. We use only the finest ingredients with no additional preservatives.
Most of the chocolates are made from dark chocolate with natural flavors. We have developed every one of the recipes to ensure that they are unique.
We package and can personalize flavors and additional ingredients (pecan, coffee bean, almonds, strawberry fillings etc.). Our products can be used for place names or other custom statement.
We dedicate much of out time creating chocolates in small, fresh batches.
Whether it be a special gift, for a loved one, a box to share with friends, an indulgent treat, or
to share with your business colleagues, we have something for every occasion.
